Jaisen Freeman, Co-Founder,Phusion Projects/Four Loko
When we founded Phusion Projects in 2005, we wanted to create a company unlike any that we'd ever worked for. We'd all had corporate jobs before - and we didn't want to replicate that for anyone.
So we built a company with a structure and a work environment that is collaborative and inclusive, that encourages and rewards the entrepreneurial spirit of each of its employees, and that lives up to the highest standards of corporate responsibility.
Today, we're proud to work with nearly 100 Phusion Projects employees, as well as hundreds of distributors and thousands of retailers, all of whom we consider members of the Phusion Family.
For distributors and retailers, our products, such as the popular Four Loko drink, are often the most profitable products in their portfolio. They value our presence in their stores, and in return we do all we can to help ensure they're responsibly stocking and displaying our products. Inside our own four walls, Phusion Projects employees receive very competitive compensation, including health benefits that are 100 percent employer-paid. We're grateful for our employees, distributors and retailers - and we look forward to many more years of working together.
